Shipping Policy

2. Shipping Fees:
- We have a flat standard shipping fee of AED 25 for all orders within the UAE.
- International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the total order weight.
3. Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.
4. Custom Duties and Taxes:
- For international orders, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility:
- We accept returns for products that are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
